MIG & TIG Welding

Structural to cosmetic — every alloy, every position.

[ Overview ]

Welding at Welage runs the full spectrum — from heavy structural MIG on thick plate to cosmetic TIG on thin-wall stainless. What ties it together isn't a single process, it's the engineering behind the arc. Our weld engineers review every weldment for joint design, access, distortion, and sequence before a torch is lit. For repeatable work, a dedicated robotic welding cell programmed offline delivers consistent high-quality welds run after run; for one-offs, prototypes, and complex fixtured assemblies, our manual welders take over. Every fixture is designed and built in-house so parts sit repeatable and distortion is controlled. Bring us the weldment other shops won't quote — prototype, production, or repair.

[ The Machines ]

Equipment, in detail.

Every machine below is on our floor and ready to run — not a representative list, not a ceiling. This is what's cutting, welding, machining, and bending your parts.

Cobot / Automated Cell

[ How It Runs ]

The process, step by step.

  1. 01Weldment reviewed for joint design, access, and distortion
  2. 02Fixture designed and built in-house for repeatable fit-up
  3. 03Robotic path programmed offline and simulated — or manual welder assigned
  4. 04Weld parameters set per material, thickness, and position
  5. 05Visual + dimensional inspection of finished weldment
