[ Capability Index ]
Capabilities
A single-source fabrication partner — not a list of five processes. Cutting, welding, machining, sawing, forming, plastic routing, and every finishing step in between, all under one roof with one accountable team. The capabilities below are where most projects start, not where we stop.
Bring us the odd job, the one-off, the mixed-material, the “not sure who does this.” Metal or plastic, standard or one-off — if it needs to be made, we’ll take it on, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you straight.

Engineering
front and
center.
Every part is reviewed, programmed, and verified by people before a machine moves. Offline programming keeps setup short and the first part right.
Engineering-Driven
An in-house team of programmers, estimators, and weld engineers reviews every incoming drawing — flagging manufacturability issues, suggesting material savings, and answering your questions before a single part is cut.
Offline Programming
Laser nesting, press-brake bends, and robotic weld paths are all programmed offline and simulated ahead of production. Setup time shrinks, accuracy holds, and the first part is right the first time.
Seamless Departments
Every department shares one roof and one workflow. Your project moves between them without an RFQ chain — the team that quotes it is the team that builds it.
Technology Leverage
Mazak fiber lasers, robotic weld cells, CNC press brakes, CNC machining centers, plastic routers, and CNC saws — automation and lights-out capability that keep lead times short and costs down.

[ Beyond the Cut ]
We finish what we start.
Deburring, hardware insertion, tapping, assembly, and more — the steps that turn cut blanks into shipped parts, kept in-house so your project never waits on a third party. Don’t see the step you need? Describe it in your RFQ — if we can’t do it, we’ll tell you straight.
Pallet wrapping — the last step before it ships.
