CNC Machining

Milling, turning, and plastic routing for tight-tolerance parts — and the unusual.

[ Overview ]

CNC machining is where tolerances tighten and the geometry gets difficult. Our machining center covers three disciplines under one roof: precision milling, turning, and a dedicated plastic-routing department. Every job is programmed offline from a solid model or print, verified with in-process inspection, and run on machines sized for everything from small precision brackets to full-sheet plastic panels. Whether it's a one-off prototype, a short production run, or a specialty part in an exotic alloy, the same team that programmed it runs it — so the print and the process stay aligned part after part.

[ How It Runs ]

The process, step by step.

  1. 01Print or solid model received — toolpath programmed offline in CAM
  2. 02Material selected and fixtured; work coordinate set
  3. 03Roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing passes per tolerance callout
  4. 04Thread milling, tapping, chamfering, and counterboring as called out
  5. 05In-process inspection; first-article verified before run continues
