What started as a turn-of-the-century tool and die shop in 1947 has grown into a state-of-the-art, innovation-driven fabrication shop — but the discipline hasn't changed. The benches and hand tools gave way to fiber lasers and robotics, yet the standard set on that original floor still governs every part we ship today.
Rooted in Cincinnati, Ohio for eight decades, Welage Corp has been part of this community for as long as it's been a shop. We've grown up with the city — building for the manufacturers, builders, and families who've grown up alongside us. The floor has modernized, but the hometown accountability hasn't moved.
[ The Mission ]
We exist to make hard parts easy to order. Send a print — we handle the whole build in-house, from cutting and welding to machining, forming, finishing, and assembly, so you deal with one accountable shop instead of a chain of subcontractors.
Our floor runs fiber laser, press brakes, CNC mills and lathes, and a dedicated plastic routing department. Whether it's a one-off prototype or a production run, the standard doesn't move: first-piece verified, every piece consistent.

Offline Programming
Laser nesting, press-brake bends, and robotic weld paths are all programmed offline and simulated ahead of production. Setup time shrinks, accuracy holds, and the first part is right the first time.
Seamless Departments
Every department shares one roof and one workflow. Your project moves between them without an RFQ chain — the team that quotes it is the team that builds it.
