Forming

Press-brake bending for sheet and plate — simple brackets to multi-bend enclosures.

Press brake forming a metal sheet

[ Overview ]

Forming turns a flat blank into a part. We run a range of hydraulic and electric CNC press brakes up to 350 ton with a 144-inch bed, so the same department that bends a small bracket also bends a full-length enclosure. Every bend is programmed offline and simulated before the first hit — tooling selected, bend sequence planned, and springback compensated — so setup time shrinks and the first piece comes out right. A broad in-house tooling library covers standard angles, hems, offsets, and returns; when a part calls for something non-standard, we'll tool up for it rather than turn it away.

[ The Machines ]

Equipment, in detail.

Every machine below is on our floor and ready to run — not a representative list, not a ceiling. This is what's cutting, welding, machining, and bending your parts.

[ How It Runs ]

The process, step by step.

  1. 01Flatten blank reviewed; bend lines and angles confirmed
  2. 02Bend sequence and tooling programmed offline and simulated
  3. 03Springback compensated per material and angle
  4. 04First piece bent and verified to print
  5. 05Run continues with in-process angle checks
